Appliance Recycling Rebates

Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services (FMCS) offers the following appliance recycling rebates to its members for 2010:

	Refrigerator - $50.00
	Freezer - $50.00
	Window AC Unit - $25.00

How to Apply ...
Fax, mail, or drop off a copy of the rebate form, along with a copy of the recycling form showing the unit was in working order when recycled (not for resale or reuse). Your rebate will be issued as a bill credit.
