please give us a call. We'll work with
you to make acceptable payment
arrangements. Under certain
circumstances, we may also direct you to
agencies that may be able to provide
assistance. For instance, information on
Minnesota's Cold Weather Rule is
enclosed as a bill insert in the fall,
as well as printed in the newsletter. If
you receive a disconnection notice,

800-734-6421 as soon as possible to make
