How to Apply ...
Fax, mail, or drop off a copy
of
the
rebate form, along
with
an itemized invoice/receipt.
Rebates for CFLs & LED
Christmas Lights will be in
the form of a bill credit.
Other lighting rebates will be issued
in the form of a check and
will be mailed to you.
Energy
efficient lighting rebates apply
to replacement equipment only
installed after June 7, 1995.
They must be installed in
agricultural, commercial,
industrial or residential
facilities served by FMCS.
