Energy Star Appliance Rebates

Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services offers its members the following 2010 rebates for these Energy Star certified appliances:

	Dishwasher - $25.00
	Refrigerator - $25.00
	Freezer - $25.00
	Dehumidifier - $25.00
	Washing Machine - $25.00
	Window Air Conditioner - $25.00

Appliances must be purchased January 1 - December 31, 2010.

How to Apply ...
Fax, mail, or drop off a copy of the rebate form, the Energy Star label, and an itemized invoice/receipt. Your rebate will be issued as a bill credit.
