Interruptible Heat - Dual Fuel

The main features of this program are the following:

	Designed for winter peak control of electric heat as primary heat source and non-electric heat as back-up heat source.
	$.056/kWh electric heat rate from October through May; $.09/kWh electric heat rate from June through September.
